We transform the customer experience
The Eurobank Innovation Centre develops digital products and services to boost the customer experience using smart customer service solutions. To this end, we keep track of the developments in digital solutions at an international level.
We identify opportunities, best practices, groundbreaking technologies, and advanced solutions and services. We then work with the competent Eurobank units to implement the best options.
We foster cooperative and open innovation
We cultivate open cooperation with new and promising business ecosystems to design, develop and implement new products and services.
We organise actions promoting cooperation in the context of creating innovative FinTech products and services. Our conferences, seminars and workshops provide an opportunity for young minds to become acquainted with practices implemented abroad.
Digital innovation and entrepreneurship
We actively take part in and support actions aiming to encourage digital innovation and youth entrepreneurship in FinTech.
Each year, Eurobank organises the Beyond Hackathon regional competition. In this competition, small teams of participants get 48 hours to develop and present their innovative financial product and services ideas to a panel of judges.

Driving digital transformation
The Eurobank Innovation Centre is the first of its kind ever to be launched by a bank to meet the needs of an increasingly digitised era. The Centre helps us honour our long-standing commitment: to develop our human resources as efficiently as possible.
Our actions have transformed Eurobank into an opinion leader in digital innovation.
Day-to-day creativity and innovation
We want innovation to become a part of our day-to-day operations. This is why intrapreneurship is key to our mentality and practice.
We encourage our people to think outside the box and we create opportunities for them to implement their new ideas as part of their responsibilities.
We expand our co-workers' skills by providing the necessary toolkit for their development. This includes relevant infrastructure, as well as technology-related tools, methodology and training opportunities to encourage creativity.
