The Management Risk Committee reports to the Board of Directors. It was formed in September 2016, upon recommendation of the Eurobank independent corporate governance advisor.
Role and responsibilities
The Management Risk Committee oversees the risk management framework of Eurobank.
It ensures that the Risk Committee identifies and takes into account all significant risks. It monitors that the policies and procedures in place are adequate, so we may manage the risks and comply with the supervisory requirements.
