EFG Hellas PLC, a subsidiary in London of EFG Eurobank S.A., launched its debut issue under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The issue is Eur 150 million floating rate notes due 7 February 2003. The coupon is 3-month Euribor + 30 bp. Lead managers for the issue are Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. The issue was very well received by international Eurobond investors and was oversubscribed. The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme, EFG Hellas PLC will tap the Eurobond markets again in the future as the needs of the Bank dictate and attractive market conditions arise.
