Appointment of General Manager Mr. G. Pradelli

Mr. GiorgioPradelli will be appointed as Head of International Operations ofEFGEurobankErgasiasS.A., asofJune 1^st, 2006. As of the same date, he will be a General Manager and member of the Executive Committee of the Bank.

Mr. PradelliholdsaUniversity Degree inEconomicsandBusinessAdministrationfromtheUniversityofTurin. He has served as Deputy Finance Director in London for the Bank’s parent company EFG Group. Prior to this, he was employed for 12 years by Deutsche Bank for 12 years, in various top management positions based in Frankfurt, London and Milan.
