EUROBANK EFG has acquired control of over 90% of DZI Bank in Bulgaria

Eurobank EFG group announces that following additional transactions with international institutional investors at the Sofia Stock Exchange it has now acquired control of over 90% of DZI Bank in Bulgaria.

Consequently and in compliance with the Bulgarian regulatory and legal framework, Eurobank EFG group submitted today to the Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria (FSC) modifications to its Tender Offer. On the basis of these modifications Eurobank EFG states its intention to acquire 100% of the bank’ s shares and proceed with the delisting of DZI bank from the Sofia stock exchange.
