Further to its announcement dated 25 November 2024, Eurobank S.A. (Bank), a subsidiary of Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. (Eurobank Holdings), announces that, on 16 January 2025, it completed the sale to Logicom Services Limited ("Logicom") of 8.58% of Demetra Holdings Plc ("Demetra") (17,152,353 shares), for a consideration of ca. €27 million, corresponding to €1.55 per share.
It is reminded that this transaction is part of the Bank's broader agreement with Demetra and Logicom, which provides, in addition to the above transaction, for the acquisition by the Bank of an additional 24.66% stake in Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd from Demetra (21.33%) and Logicom (3.33%). The completion of this part of the agreement is expected around 10 February 2025, subject to prior regulatory approvals.
