By supporting the work of Appliances Recycling SA, we make sure its bins grab your attention! 9 recycle bins have been hand painted and are now waiting for you at different cities throughout Greece.
What are Hungry Bins
Hungry Bins are bins distributed by Appliances Recycling SA, which have been hand painted by street artist SAME84, with the support of Eurobank. They are decorated with little hungry creatures, ready to eat up your old domestic electric and electronic appliances that are now out of use.
The Hungry Bins have been placed in 9 Greek cities, waiting for you to feed them with small appliances, mobile phones, tablets, toner and ink containers. This way, you too can contribute to the proper management of appliances and prevent their harmful substances from escaping into the environment.
Eurobank receives monthly updates from Appliances Recycling SA on the amount of appliances collected by the Hungry Bins, so as to get a complete overview on the programme, and continue to support recycling and circular economy.
What you can recycle
Each bin has 3 slots for you to recycle:
- Small electric and electronic appliances: toasters, small screens, juicers, keyboards, microwaves, etc.
