- On the special page, choose the service you are interested in. Fill out your details in the form (full name, email and phone number).
- If you are interested in:
- Staff recruitment consulting services, an agency representative will contact you by phone for clarifications. Provided you wish to proceed, you will get an email from AHS with all the payment methods. The word EUROBANK, as well as your full name and mobile number must appear in the payment description field.
- Staff reference checks, an agency representative will first contact you by phone. Provided you accept, you must pay for the service fee in full. The service is concluded once the agency sends you a written report.
- Finding a live-out domestic worker or an elderly carer, an agency representative will first contact you by phone. If you decide to work with AHS, you:
- Receive the service terms by email and you will need to sign them online.
- Deposit the non-refundable down payment in an agency bank account.
- AHS will then start searching for staff for you.

Athens Home Services undertakes to find staff mainly for positions such as:
- Cleaning staff
- Childcare workers
- Staff specialising in caring for the elderly, patients and people with disabilities
- Experienced chefs, butlers and villa managers
In addition, it offers domestic staff training on site by experienced trainers.

- You may use the phone staff recruitment consulting services Monday-Friday, 10:00-17:00, excluding public holidays, at €60 instead of €100. In addition, exclusively for Eurobank customers, there is the option of using the service even after hours, at €120. To do this, it is necessary to have talked over the phone during working hours to schedule an appointment, where you will receive consulting services at the time and day that is convenient for you, at the respective fee.
- You may use the phone staff reference check services Monday-Friday, 10:00-17:00, excluding public holidays, at €100 instead €180, which is the standard rate. In addition, exclusively for Eurobank customers, there is the option of using the service even after hours, at €180. To do this, it is necessary to have talked over the phone during working hours to schedule an appointment, where you will receive consulting services at the time and day that is convenient for you, at the respective fee.
- Live-out cleaning staff recruitment services:
- You get an exclusive discount on the non-refundable down payment for finding live-out cleaning staff, which comes to €200 instead of €250.
- Provided you do find a worker through this service, a special rate applies to the AHS fee if you hold a Eurobank My Advantage Banking package. The fee comes to €916 plus the down payment, VAT included. You benefit from around 50% lower fees compared to the AHS fees if you do not hold a package.
- The cleaning staff recruitment process runs for up to 2 months. Once the 2 months are up, the initial search order is not in force any longer and, provided you want to keep looking, the process is repeated.
- You have the option of 1 replacement without an additional charge, within 4 months from the hiring date.
- Nanny recruitment services:
- You get an exclusive discount on the non-refundable down payment for finding a nanny, which comes to €200 instead of €250.
- Provided you do find a worker through this service, a special rate applies to the AHS fee if you hold a Eurobank My Advantage Banking package. The fee comes to €1,040 plus the down payment, VAT included. You benefit from over 30% lower fees compared to the AHS fees if you do not hold a package.
- The nanny recruitment process runs for 2 months. Once the 2 months are up, the initial search order is not in force any longer and, provided you want to keep looking, the process is repeated.
- You have the option of 1 replacement without an additional charge, within 4 months from the hiring date.
- Elderly carer recruitment services:
- Provided you do find a worker through this service, a special rate applies to the AHS fee if you hold a Eurobank My Advantage Banking package. The fee comes to €606 plus the down payment of €200, VAT included, so the final rate is €806. You benefit from around 20% lower fees compared to the AHS fees if you do not hold a package.
- The elderly carer recruitment process runs for 2 months. Once the 2 months are up, the initial search order is not in force any longer and, provided you want to keep looking, the process is repeated.
- You have the option of 1 replacement without an additional charge, within 4 months from the hiring date.
- Eurobank will provide to its customers the special page they will use to conclude their registration and to contact Athens Home Services (AHS).
- Customers register on the special page set up by AHS for Eurobank My Advantage Banking holders.
- AHS opens and keeps a customer file, which is covered by its Data Protection Policy.
- For staff recruitment consulting services, the fee is paid in full before the consultation.
- AHS calls the customer to complete the process.
- Use of the staff recruitment consulting services does not constitute an obligation to find staff through AHS. AHS first contacts the customer by phone for clarifications and, provided the customer wishes to proceed, they receive an email from AHS with the payment methods. The word EUROBANK, as well as the customer’s FULL NAME and MOBILE NUMBER must appear in the payment description field.
- For staff reference checks, AHS first contacts the customer and, provided they accept, the service fee is paid in full. It does not include finding staff through AHS. The service is concluded with a written report sent to the customer, without an assessment on the part of AHS as to whether they should hire the specific worker(s) or not.
- The services listed under 1, 2, 4 and 5 are addressed solely to individuals and not companies.
- All services are personalised and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Customers may use the services as often as they like or as explicitly specified under each service category.
- These services are only available to new customers and not customers already registered in the AHS database.
